Software and Web Services: The Company does not warrant that the software provided will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted. The Company shall not be held liable for malfunctions caused by browser updates, hosting server outages, or third-party API changes.

Digital Marketing and SEO: Results in digital marketing services (Google Ads, Social Media Management, etc.) depend on advertising platform algorithms and market conditions. The Company does not guarantee any increase in sales, search engine rankings, or a specific Return on Investment (ROI).

E-commerce Solutions: The Company shall not be held liable for any financial losses arising from payment processing errors, database losses, or user errors within e-commerce infrastructures.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, code, designs, and graphics on this website are the property of the Company. Copying, reproducing, or using them in other media without written permission is strictly prohibited. The usage rights of delivered projects are transferred to the client upon full payment; however, ownership of source codes (unless otherwise specified) remains with the Company.
4. General Disclaimer
In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of reputation, or business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use the services. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Execution Offices of Eskisehir / Turkiye.
